Arrive & settle in

Begin with warm wedang jahe, our Indonesian ginger welcome drink, and time to meet one another before settling onto your mat. No experience is needed.

Conversation & connection

Dr. Sarika Arora joins Cat Duff of gen-well for a conversation on stress management and seasonal wellbeing, with room for your questions and practical ideas to carry into winter.

Sound & stillness

A 30-minute sound bath led by Lauren Nielson, RN, using voice, chimes, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments. Rest comfortably on your mat as Lauren brings her nursing background and sound practice into this shared listening experience.

Journaling with live sound

Twenty minutes to reflect and write, accompanied by Lauren on Freenotes, a contemporary instrument inspired by the gamelan of Java and Bali. What are you letting go of, and what do you want to carry into winter?

Flowers & nourishment

Place a flower in our shared bowl as a gesture of letting go. Share a thought, or simply listen—being witnessed doesn’t have to mean speaking. This LURUH practice draws on Indonesian floral traditions and hospitality. Close with homemade bone broth as we introduce Broth Butler, with time to meet, mingle, and enjoy a cup together.
